The trade-in credit for old VMK20 headphones is 40 euros and for VMK25 headphones is 60 euros (or the equivalent amount in a developing country's currency).

Valco has been—perhaps the only one in the world—selling used headphones for over two years and has now expanded its offerings to include this new exchange program.

Additionally, it supports Valco's business by enabling the resale of serviced, guaranteed headphones.

Valco also has its own headphone service, where headphones can be repaired even after the warranty period has ended—again, perhaps the only one in the world.
