Nordell MK3: the best Bluetooth speaker for hot tub sessions and the space under your desk
The Valco Nordell MK3 Bluetooth speaker is the perfect combination of everyone's favourite ingredients: metal and silicone. It looks, feels and sounds like it should cost a hundred euros more, but it doesn't. This wireless speaker isn't some flimsy plastic thing, and it doesn't sound like a robot with a head cold, which is what usually happens with the cheap stuff.

A speaker that survives life, and then some
The Nordell handles music in the rain, on the building site and on a sunny beach, though in Finland the first one is by far the more likely scenario. It also has a handy attachment loop, so you can clip it onto a backpack full of canned beer, in case the butler has the day off.
The buttons are big enough to operate this Bluetooth speaker with gloves on. That makes the MK3 perfect for the DIY crowd, but it also suits people whose builder's crack mostly peeks out through the gap in an office chair. Thanks to the built-in microphone, the Nordell MK3 also doubles as a poor man's conference speaker when needed.
SUPERSTEREO and magical 3D sound
At home you can pair two Nordell MK3 Bluetooth speakers and get twice the racket, in stereo. SUPERSTEREO unlocks even more noise. And if that's still not enough, the 3D button adds a mysterious feature that tricks your ears into thinking there are more speakers than there actually are. Most people reckon the sound quality improves wonderfully. Depends on the ears and the brain.
An honest Bluetooth speaker at a sensible price
This speaker isn't entirely our own design. It's based on a solid existing chassis that we've improved, mainly on the audio side. That's how we, as a small Finnish company, can offer a Bluetooth speaker with a value-for-money ratio that's actually honest. The MK3 is a real find in the endless sea of Chinese wireless speakers. And yes, we tested at least 47 of them.
If you're after something smaller and handier, take a look at the Nordell Micro speaker, which is cheaper and clips onto a belt loop. If you're not particularly broke, the Nordell Max speaker delivers more noise for more money.
