This program, possibly the first of its kind in the world, allows customers to exchange their old VMK20 headphones for new, technologically advanced VMK25 models (or other products). The trade-in value for the old headphones is 50 euros (or the equivalent amount in developing country potato chips).

Valco has - perhaps uniquely in the world - been selling used headphones for over a year and has now expanded its offering to include this new exchange program. This program is not only consumer-friendly but also actively promotes the circular economy by reducing electronic waste.

Additionally, it supports Valco's business by enabling the resale of refurbished, guaranteed headphones.

Valco also has its own headphone service, where headphones can be repaired even after the warranty period has expired - again, perhaps uniquely in the world.

This ensures the longevity of the headphones and increases their circular economy potential.
