These terms apply to all products purchased from Valco’s online store.
1. 14-Day Right of Cancellation
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase or return the product within 14 days without giving a reason.

Return period: The return deadline expires 14 days after the shipment has been received.

Letter mail shipments: Since letter mail shipments cannot be tracked, they are considered received within 3 days of dispatch. If the shipment has not arrived, the customer must contact customer service immediately.

Condition of the product: The right of return only applies to unused products in their original packaging that are still fit for resale.
- Returns are free of charge in Finland and other EU countries.
2. Return Procedure and Refund
Before returning: If you decide to return a product, you must always contact Valco customer service first. Valco covers the direct costs arising from the return (free return shipping) when the return is made from Finland or another EU country in accordance with our instructions.
Notice of cancellation: Send customer service a free-form notice of cancellation stating:

Product/products you are returning

Bank account (IBAN) to which the payment will be made.
Return address: You will receive more detailed information and the return address during the cancellation process.
Refund: Our goal is to process the refund within 1–3 business days from the time we have received and inspected the return. The money will appear in the customer’s account no later than 14 days after the product has been returned.
3. Defective Products, Warranty and Shipping Damage
Defective product and warranty: If the product is defective, the customer must contact Valco customer service. Defective products will be replaced with new ones or serviced within the product’s 24-month warranty period.
Shipping damage: Products damaged during transport must be reported immediately to Posti or the shipping company that delivered the shipment.
